  DO NOT SELL ANYTHING TO TJESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL REFUSE TO GIVE YOU YOUR THINGS BACK. THEY WILL SEND U A LETTER REMINDING YOU TO PICK YOUR THINGS UP AND WHEN YOU DO THEY WILL HAVE ALREADY SOLD IT! THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU WILL BE LIED TO AND RIPPED OFF.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Do NOT go to this location. Staff person and manager were rude, condescending and insulting, when presented with some items I wanted to sell. Though busy with another customer at the time, the manager refused to even LOOK at what I wanted to sell, and refused to even talk to me. (I know he was busy. I would've waited my turn.) And, the staff person "helping" me had the audacity to refer to my items as "weird", because they are non-mainstream items that they aren't familiar with. If it's not a gun or a power tool, they don't want to be bothered, and will rudely turn you away. EXTREME attitude in that place, bordering on hostility. Do yourselves a favor, readers, and stay away from there! UPDATE: I complained via e-mail to the owner. Never got a reply.

  Just like any typical pawnshop but at least the people here are friendlier then the store by Washburn. There prices are way to high though. Went in there to buy some gear wrenches but didn’t because you could buy the same set brand new for the price they’re asking for used ones.
