  I will say very friendly service, great information on products, and fair prices. On the down side, my 2017 Jeep with 300 miles on it went into the shop without a scratch . It came out with a small paint chip on the edge of the driver door, and a scratch in the dash . Of the four screws that hold the amp in place, one was bent and screwed in sideways. The manager said " I can fix that screw". That was the least of my worries at that point, but should that have even left like that ?After I asked for the explanation of a $45 charge I was not told about , the manager quickly reminded me how he installed my dash speakers for free. I reminded him how my jeep was damaged.I was never offered a discount, or was there any attempt to fix any of the damage. Only replacing the bent screw was offered. I asked to make sure it didn't happen to my Ram, if I brought it in. It's possible they may not care at this point, but I do not think Ill be taking my vehicles back to this shop. I understand things happen , but they didn't even tell me about any of these things. I had to find them on my own in the parking lot.
