They are friendly and personable and all around great people. Several times I've reached out to them with a rush order and they have come through for me every time. Their knowledge of the products they provide is superb; I can describe the area I'm cleaning and they tell me the best product to use for it. Chett and Ralphie are fun to pet too while I'm there. Maybe someday Chett will warm up to me! :)
