  I went in to look at a dual bevel miter box saw and the guy who worked in the tool department didn't know the difference between a dual bevel and a single bevel. I also asked about several different types of tools I was looking for and he had no idea what they were. This was after I waited for 24 minutes to even find somebody working in that department. I can't believe this is the guy who works in the tool department. I normally shop here over all the other places... But I was severely disappointed this time around.

  Items were out of stock. They were having a clearance event but items weren't marked down much. The bathrooms were clear in the back of the store and they were filthy. A security alarm went off for 5 minutes before someone turned it off. Staff wasn't very knowledgeable and aisles were organized haphazardly. We were bummed, as we have loved other Lowe's locations and we traveled over an hour to shop this one.
