    I had zero luck with this store. They couldn't help me. I had a scheduled appointment so I thought I would get right in and right out as my appointment time was when the store opened. I had to sit and wait nearly 20 minutes before I was able to speak to an associate. Who informed me that an appointment doesn't do much more than "bump" you to the front of the line. I was with him for a few minutes just for him to tell me he couldn't do much for me in the store. I went to the Sprint store on Topeka Blvd after. They were able to fix everything I went to the Wanamaker store for. We won't be doing business at this location ever again. Best part of my "experience" was the lady sitting next to me I chatted with while waiting.

    Long story with Sprint. I don’t want to be the person or customer that has to leave a poor review, but here goes. My husband and I had different providers for phone service. Him sprint and and I ATT. So we decided to switch me to Sprint because it would be cheaper (not the best service, but cheaper). We go in and get everything worked out and told them both of us were going to have the Ublimited Freedom plan and I upgraded my phone and had a good discount for doing so. All said and done, the representative said with both of our plans and the new phone payment a month would be around 120-130$ a month. Not bad, right? We get the first months bill and it was $229. First problem, our plans were completely different, thus we were paying for two whole seperate plans and the phone payment was $30 instead of 8-10$. Not bad, I can call and ask that they fix my bill. I called customer service and explained what was going on and he said that he could not do anything to fix my bill, but he could change the plans to be the correct price for the NEXT months bill. I would still have to pay the $229 for the first month. Sorry, but no. So I called the local Sprint store and tried working with them on my bill. It took a total of THREE weeks for them to talk to management and work something out. During that time our bill became late and Sprint was threatening on shutting our services off. I finally got a hold of the manager at the Sprint store and it took him 10 minutes to fix what was wrong with the bill! He assured me my bill would be correct at the 121$ a month. One month later and we get our next bill comes in and it’s at a 156$ amount. We got slapped with a late charge fee and the upgraded phone payment was still at 30$ instead of 8-10$. I called politely and asked to talk to the Rep who handled the phone sale. He told me he was going to go get the store manager. I waited for 45 minutes on hold and finally had to hang up and call back because nobody came back to the phone! I explained very nicely what had happened and they went to go get the store manager for me, I had to wait another 10 minutes before he got back on the phone and had a 2 minute conversation with him and he said he would work on my bill and call me back early next week. NOW, WAS THAT HARD TO DO? I expected better from a professional phone company to know how to answer phones and take care of their people. They constantly make excuses that a “manager got fired” or “it’s super busy.” Even I know, when it’s busy to let people know that we haven’t forgotten them on the line and will be there shortly. Please Sprint, figure yourself out and take care of your customers! I am tired that you still haven’t been able to fix a VERY simple bill. I know this was long but I felt it needed to be heard.
