  This particular store has under gone a massive structural reorganization, and an internal policy revision. And, it shows. The physical store is bright, aisles, access to central marketing areas, both inside and in the paved area, is carefully planned, customer friendly, and open. Recent managerial dictates,and guide-lines, has created an inviting atmosphere for attracting potential customers. Store sections are kept clear of "clutter", and inventory, for the most part accessible, Like many retail stores today, there is a noticeable lack of customer associates present. This, is compensated by the quality,and caliber of the employees present at the time of this visit; 9:00 AM. on a Wednesday morning. The "A-Team was present. I had worked at this particular site some time back...and it was good to see many of my co-workers. And the nice thing was, is that though each one was concentrating on their own section, to a person they were smiling,and pleasant. Hats off to Amanda, site Manager.
